The whole staff from front office to lab area is wonderful!
First visit here with a new NP and it was a great experience. The medical assistant was very friendly and professional. Lindsey Underdown was patient and took her time asking questions and listening. She was very thorough and ordered all the necessary labs to make sure she was covering everything. I was also impressed with the follow up I received on my lab results. Every result was explained in detail. I have never experienced this level of care and attention before.
Today i had great help from all. I hope you all have a great Christmas and a happy new year.
