This was the worst experience I had so far, with DR DRYE ..I told the doctor I waited to have this appt cuz I have money issues and my co pay is very high (due to my insurance) so I told my doctor I had several things I would like to discuss and he told me he can’t hear them all cuz he had ppl waiting to be seen (bare on mind I got there early and I didn’t do any small talk at all) I told him I need to be on weigh meds again and that my ear hurts along with my throat he look at me reall quick and said I was fine and that my ... read more
I would personally advised NO ONE to come here ever. Truly under no circumstance would I recommend this place. The MA's (medical assistant's) and other workers here showed me zero compassion, unreal levels of meanness, and a major lack of professionalism. I am still in shock from the straight genuine levels of just judgement, unkindness, and horrible behavior I received. Its been a great for me, from doctor to PA and nurse practitioner they hear you and diagnose you well
This rating is not for my physician Ms. Sanchez but for Reyna specifically. Just a back story I am a new resident to Wylie and I was looking for a provider to take on some challenges that I was having with my health during and after my pre eclampsia pregnancy. Both myself and my provider worked together well to preserve my health and I was prescribed medications under both my primary commercial insurance and state Medicaid.
