Worse dr office ever front office ladies are rude staff is horrible the drs there are the worse they rush your appointments. When you call the office regarding prior auths they don’t return calls and will not follow up on your auths unless you harass them do not go there worse office in flower mound!
I even dont wanna give them 1 star if I could I found them in google , even if the ratings were not good , because it was very close from my house I thought I would try it because I work as everyone does so I choose to come here , Omg worst experience of all , I scheduled a appointment at 8:20 am , I could not find them so I was lost for few minutes , may be I was just 10 mins late , they said I have to reschedule ( its so weired like they were acting like the doctor is gonna see me excatly at 8:20 ) I will never recommend t... read more
A big no… got there late like 10 mins because of the location its showing on gps… but was told to reschedule saying that they cannot take the patient if its 5-10 mins late .. disgusting … the location is very confusing plus they havent updated their location.. very bad experience … cancelling my appointment and taking appointment somewhere else. Not very welcoming
The staff is super friendly and helpful. It's refreshing that the office works so well together to meet the needs of their patients. Scott Martz, PA and Dr. Pravong really make you feel like they hear your concerns and listen to you. So glad I found such wonderful providers!
Looking to transfer my family to a group of physicians within Texas Health. Was told via phone that maybe one doc would see my 12 and 14 year old. Other docs don’t see kids under 16. If looking for family care maybe this “family care” location will not work.
