All staff that I’ve interacted with are attentive, professional, and good listeners. They work to make things happen in a timely fashion while the patient never feels rushed. I saw Scott Martz PA. I’ve been going to this practice for many years.
My experience was beyond 5 's! Dr. Pravong, is the best doctor ever. She listens and she explains things to me that helps me understand what I need to know. She's very sweet and kind too. I've been going to this office for a least 10 years. Now, "T", is one amazing assistant to Dr Pravong. She is so efficient and always on top of my needs. She's an asset to Texas Health Family Care. I really like this Doctor's office! The ladies at the front desk are so friendly and always are polite and cheerful. I see Scott and I just love him! He listens and really cares. His nurse Amanda is always cheerful and always has a smile on her face.
