Overall my experience at your office was great. Your staff was so kind and very professional. Your office manager and her assistant went above and beyond to help me sort out a couple of things. Lucy was a delight and so professional. The only drawback was that Laura and I didn't seem to connect. I understand that my being a new patient means that we have to take things a little more slowly.
