I have been a patient of Dr. Vallarino for over two years and the level of care has been nothing short of outstanding! I live in Celina and I drive 45 minutes to see him because of the overall quality of service and understanding of my needs he and his staff give to me each and every time I am seen! The nurses and office staff excellent, friendly and always ask how I am doing. I highly recommend them.
Worst care team. Been trying to reach them for scheduling appointments but no one cares to call back. Front desk staff are terrible and always mention they will get back and never return.
I love the care team here but it is impossible to get ahold of anyone in office. Their phone system goes straight to a voice-mail that no one answers and no one ever calls back and no one responds to messages on the portal. It's frustrating especially when you need medical advice in an urgent situation. It shouldn't be this difficult to get ahold of someone in office. Especially since I work in Healthcare, we never ignore patient voice mails. They are expected to be returned the day of.
They do not care. Save your time.
I have been a patient of this office for more than 5 years. I love Dr V and Maria, they are the best primary care team I've ever had, but the competency of their office has gone downhill and is absolutely abysmal now. I have been trying to get refills taken care of for 2 weeks now and the inability of the office staff to get it done frustrates me to no end.
