We were greeted immediately, waited only 3 or 4 minutes at most. The assigned nurse was wonderful and respectful. My mom is 90 and fragile, and the nurse directed her questions to my mother, so respectful. The doctor took his time with her to explain all of the challenges that she faces, and is trying to tweak them to make her stay on earth a little better. The ladies at the desk when leaving were also, sweet and deliberate on setting up new appointments, never getting frustrated with mom or me. This is a nice family office.
Great choice very understanding and compassionate.
