Booked an appointment online with a different provider in the same clinic as my primary had no earlier dates available. Got a call the day before my appointment telling me that it was cancelled because they don’t share patients even though my primary was/will be on vacation and didn’t have any availability until September.

Let me start by saying Dr. Handoyo is fantastic. This office? Absolutely terrible. I have had a problem almost every time I have visited. They have made billing mistakes, tried to cancel my appointment for being late while I was there waiting in line for almost 10 minutes to check in at the front desk, and more. My experience was very unprofessional. I booked my appointment thru the website weeks ago, got a confirmation right away. About a week before the appointment got a reminder message and confirmation request. Did that. Couple of days after I got a message that my visit was cancelled, because doctor doesn't take new patients. It's strange since the very first question during the scheduling process was about me being a new patient.
