It took two days and multiple hold hang ups to finally get the virtual appointment. The one on the first day fell through because their text messaging didn't work. Finally on the second day I get a call back from the nurse texting me a link that says my appoingment is at 4:30 and to click the link then. The nurse tells me to go ahead and click the link. Called trying to get a regular appointment with my GP and told its over a 2month wait to see about ongoing heartburn/reflux issues.

Booked an appointment online with a different provider in the same clinic as my primary had no earlier dates available. Got a call the day before my appointment telling me that it was cancelled because they don’t share patients even though my primary was/will be on vacation and didn’t have any availability until September.

Let me start by saying Dr. Handoyo is fantastic. This office? Absolutely terrible. I have had a problem almost every time I have visited. They have made billing mistakes, tried to cancel my appointment for being late while I was there waiting in line for almost 10 minutes to check in at the front desk, and more. Today was the last straw.
