My experience was very unprofessional. I booked my appointment thru the website weeks ago, got a confirmation right away. About a week before the appointment got a reminder message and confirmation request. Did that. Couple of days after I got a message that my visit was cancelled, because doctor doesn't take new patients. Really bad experience, they canceled my appointment, booked many weeks in advance, just a day before my visit and they didn't even notify me! I had to call them myself to learn about the cancelation. They also had no good reason for the cancelation, the front desk simply said the doctor changed his mind and decided not accept new patients (I was not a new patient since my visit was already booked and CONFIRMED). Extremely unprofessional all the way. Beware and go somewhere else, I wouldn't trust them with my health.

Now I know why they have low rating! Before even meet any of the doctors, the online system doesn't work and the front desk knows nothing about customer service and how to speak to people. I wonder why businesses don't recognize the importance of the front desk. It is the first and last impression!
