Wonderful staff and office to deal with. Truly cares about you and your health. I've seen Dr. Reagan for over 9 years and owe so much to him for his medical care over me. Highly recommended to anyone seeking someone that cares about you and your well being.
DON'T DO IT! Folks here don't know what they are doing. In addition, they want you to see this 2x a year to get your refill! Why? So, they can get their money!
I called to make an appointment and I did not get the lady's name but whoever she was she was extremely nasty and rude to the point where I had to tell her just forget it I will look elsewhere due to your nasty attitude I was referred to see Dr Jzma Jalal. I hope she is aware of the nasty staff that are setting appointments up for her.
I’ve been trying to get my medication refilled since yesterday and right now it’s 12:30 noon. I called the number provided & the lady I spoke with over the phone said that the number was only for emergencies and to keep trying until I reached someone who is able to fill my prescription. The pharmacy can’t fill the prescription unless the Doctor calls the prescription inn. & the doctor is mysteriously always unavailable.
