I have seen Dr.Thumasathit and Dr.Aparicio and their nurses are always caring and awesome. I always get outstanding care. Front desk is always very friendly and helpful. I love this place and all my family now comes here.
This place is a joke. They almost never have a real doctor on staff. My childern never get the care they deserve and we are always left worse off then when we got there. My step daughter suffers from depression and her PCP will NOT help her at all we just got turned away at the counter cause they didnt want to take her as a walkin, (even tho they clearly just took a walk-in). All we wanted from this place was help, not once in our 5 years of putting up with this place have we felt satisfied. We will be finding a new PCP for ... read more

Daughter calls me asking if we have copy of recent shot records. Say no they have her records, been going since born. RN on phone states unable to access old records due to facility move. Run a titer check blood. Ok with that. Dr. Fontenot tells son need shot records, spoke w/her via speaker phone. Angry, rude, condescending stating she is having to jump through hoops to get these shots done. My children 19,18,17,7 have been her pt. since birth. Dr Lee is a young man with very definite ideas about medicine and very little understanding of elderly people. He may some day be a good doctor but he's not there yet. He seems to have little empathy for his patients. I think there's even a bit of contempt, a feeling of "Why do these people let themselves get in such a sorry state." He always seems rushed. I dont think he is in the room for 10 minutes and on my last visit he was typing into the computer for seven of those minutes. He made an incorrect assumption about one of... read more

Never dealing with them again! I had a biopsy done at Women's Imaging. Before the procedure, they did not inform me of the astronomical cost of this procedure and their mandatory 6 month payment plan. When I received the bill in shock, I requested a reasonable payment plan and a detailed itemized bill. The billing department was rude and unhelpful. Dr. Smith is awesome she has the best bedside manner on this side of heaven. she is very patient with her patients. she does not talk above your head. My family and I have been a patient of hers for years. I live in Dallas and you know I pass plenty of physicians on my way to McKinney. She and her staff are well worth the drive. I love them!!! Family First Patient for life!!!!
Dr Arora didn't examine me and sent me to a very expensive colonoscopy and kept changing what he was saying what he thought was wrong. Basically spent over 3000 for a cream in the end!
