Not a good first impression. I scheduled an appointment to meet with this doctor's office for the very first time. I scheduled the appointment over a week out. One day before my appointment, they called and said they needed to reschedule my appointment. They said they wouldn't have any availability for two weeks. They indicated the doctor was sick and would be out 1-2 weeks. I realize things like this happen sometimes. Dr. Cooper is the most thorough and thoughtful doctor. Talk about a great bedside manner! I would recommend him any day. The office is also clean and the office staff is friendly.

I called in to ask if the practice was accepting new patients, and to inquire what the price of an office visit would be, the woman who answered on the appointment scheduling line said they were accepting new patients on a limited basis, she asked me which doctor, I said Elizabeth Pearch, she said Elizabeth Pearch was accepting new appointments beginning April of 2020. Then said I could schedule an appointment with two of their PA's, with earliest availability beginning November/December 2019. She then asked me if I had insu... read more
