I am shocked right now. Office manager called personally to apologize for the mishap at my last checkup, and to assure me that it would never happen again. The doctor, PA, and clinic were all amazing I just needed assurance that my medicines would get to me. Am extremely pleased right now at the level of service.
I would not go anywhere else. Very friendly. Love the staff.
I have been with this practice since it was located behind the TCOM hospital. Best medical office staff anywhere and I love Dr Richwine's dry humor--he's a very dedicated and caring physician who tells it like it is. Would recommend him to anyone
