I recently had a health scare, and PA Amy Parrales was quick to calm my fears, create a treatment plan, and refer me to additional resources to assist me as well. Both Amy and Riccardo her medical assistant have been exceptionally diligent in helping me with some difficult health care issues in the last several months. She and Dr. Ezell have always given excellent medical care coupled with respect and empathy. The entire staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They are always willing to help in any way they can.
I love my doctor Dr Aimee she is amazing and I think the office manager is a Hispanic lady she's amazing theirs a older lady in the front is nice The younger one is kinda nice but kinda rude as well she needs to work on her customer service skills I love my doctor but I Hate that every time I come here the wait is usually 1-2 hours Last time I waited 1 hour and more to get my blood work done Same thing for my doctors appointments I really wish they would work on this
I don't like being told you are going to do something and don't been trying to get refill on insulin made phone calls made office visit Taylor looked me in my face and told she would do it still no insulin forget about calling because they don't call back
The BEST staff out there. Been going to Dr. Ezell for years and he’s calm, kind and always helpful with my concerns. I never feel rushed and they are all considerate in his office. Highly recommend.
