No wonder this place has horrible reviews. Please take your money elsewhere. The receptionist dion was a horrible person. She was rude from the moment I walked in and demanded payment right then. ITS AN EMERGENCY ROOM PLEASE BILL ME LIKE EVERY OTHER ONE DOES. I was in immense pain and was sent with antibiotics. The dr even acknowledged to me that what I had was extremely painful. Definitely not the most helpful.
What a rip-off. When I did a Google search for urgent care, this facility popped up. It is very close to my office, so I left work early to get evaluated after being sick for 2 weeks and could no longer talk. The physician spent <5 minutes examining me, and my visit was about 10 minutes total. I was diagnosed with laryngitis/pharyngitis/sinusitis. He gave me a prescription for antibiotics. The Md was so rude and inpatient i wouldn't suggest anyone go there unless they have no other option. Bad Service.
City Hospital Emergency Cares Center what a rip off! Please don't take any of your love ones here! I had stomach cramping and diarrhea but what had me worried was I just been abroad and just arrived back in the States. Over all I was there for 15 minutes Max they took my blood and gave me AMRI. I talked to the doctor for 2-3 minutes at the most. Told me I "probably" have food poisoning and gave me a prescription for antibiotics.
