Not sure what the reason is…under staffed, incompetence….whatever. My time is at least, if not more, important than yours. Never coming back here.

The staff at this place are sooo friendly and helpful! They made me feel right at home and were willing to answer any questions I had and give me all the info I needed when I visited on 3/14/25. The nurse who did my sonogram was so friendly and made the experience far less awkward by keeping me engaged in conversation. Highly recommend this place just for the staff alone!

The radiologist determined I needed a needle biopsy. They showed me my mammogram and past films as well. After consulting my radiologist father who said needle biopsies can be a cash cow and he saw no reason for one, I almost decided against it. However, to be prudent, I went ahead. The facility fee alone was $2200 after insurance. Then there were lots of other exorbitant fees as well. The test was negative, and I wish I’d shopped around. Definitely won’t use Texas Health Dallas - Women's Diagnostic and Breast Center again.
