Briana greeted me with a big, welcoming smile and despite the crowd of people waiting to check in, she managed to create a sense of orderly calm. I opted for a personal check in, and Senora was efficient, helpful, and very kind. Barbara was my mammographer. She was outstanding! So, you make an appointment for 2:30/check-in 2:15. You arrive on time and the staging area is packed with 20+ women in gowns, already waiting. Never experienced this before. Not sure what the reason is…under staffed, incompetence….whatever. The “personnel” was completely pissed off and said I should have been there in December! My time is at least, if not more, important than yours. I already rebooked elsewhere, because I have a choice. Never coming back here again. And Katie, you can contact me…..
