This was the most awesome surgical experience I have ever had! From the front desk to the Nurses, Med tech, Lab techs, Cafe personnel, and PT, all were very friendly and professional. It was like being in a Marriott Hotel! I would recommend it to anyone having a Knee or Hip Replacement. Big thanks to Dr. Theodore Crofford and his group, they were awesome too!

I had a knee arthroscopic procedure here on 3.3.17. This hospital is first class . The staff provided excellent care and Dr. Crofford is the BEST !!
New Hospital. I wish they would let two family members in with the patient. Other hospitals does not limit pre op family room with only one person. Surgery is so emotional and it's always great to have family surrounded until they roll you in the surgery room. Remember you want to have the patient as comfortable and assured and with family there it's like the cherry on top. I hope you rethink the number of family members in pre-op. Thank you in advance.
My son just had hip replacement surgery. This place is awesome. The staff was absolutely amazing. They answered all our questions and were great with my son and our family. Their patient care, the hospitality, their concerns for patients was phenomenal. This was definitely an amazing hospital. Thank you Texas Health for an amazing experience.
