I have multiple autoimmune diseases and was under the care of Dr. Kalagate for about a year and a half. Unfortunately, my experience with her office was very disappointing, and I ultimately had to find a new provider who would prioritize my care. During my time there, my medications were not refilled on time, despite repeated calls to the office. My first Ra dr here was beyond horrible. She is incredible as well as her staff Glad that I was able to become a patient of hers
Dr is not very personable, coming from my previous rheumatologist who was personal and knew a lot about me and always asked questions that’s what I have come to expect. My PCP is also personable so I guess that’s what I’m use to, it’s very important to have a good relationship with your Dr’s.
