My first Ra dr here was beyond horrible. She is incredible as well as her staff Glad that I was able to become a patient of hers
Dr is not very personable, coming from my previous rheumatologist who was personal and knew a lot about me and always asked questions that’s what I have come to expect. My PCP is also personable so I guess that’s what I’m use to, it’s very important to have a good relationship with your Dr’s.
0 stars! Kalagate is very rude. She doesn't take the time to explain things and when I ask a question, she looks at me like I'm stupid. I'm not a dr. I dont automatically know what medical terms mean. I would not recommend her to anyone. I'd rather be in pain than to see her again.

This review is strictly regarding the staff. One particular staff member, Cecilia, has the worse attitude everytime I call. It is apparent she does not like her job. It's always a bad experience everytime I come here because of her. However, my doctor is great
