Excellent and immediate care! So grateful to be seen on a Friday afternoon - Dr. Meyers was wonderful!
Dr. Kleuser was wonderful from the beginning. Having a broken hip at 43 & not knowing much about the type of break. He managed to fix the hip, and now I'm walking without the walker. Uncle Arthur (arthritis, that is) is not being nice to me with this chilly weather we've been having.
Dr. Brezina is amazing!!! He fixed my back!!! The staff is great!! They know me just by voice lol. Not sure if that's a good thing but I'm going to take it as a good thing. Great group of Dr's to take care of your orthopedic needs.
I love Dr. Coleman...he takes great care of me and he is very personable...the staff is awesome too!
I was a little nervous, got shots in my knees.They took good care of me,I'll be back.
Dr. Milne was terrific. He's knowledgable & professional. The telephone staff needs tweaking. I requested to see Dr. Milne when I made my first appointment & a P. A. appeared. I would have gladly rescheduled to see Dr. Milne. When making the first appointment I confirmed my records had been received per another doctor's office & would be available for Dr. Milne, the records were found a week later after I called a number of times.
If a fee is to be charged for transferring medical records, this fee should be discussed at the time of the request. To have a 3rd party attempt to bill weeks after the request and say the records will only be released after payment is in poor taste. Please be up front. Please consider the ripple effect of your customer interactions on the likelihood of on-going recommendations.
Amazing staff and Dr Dolce was amazing. I came here from a disastrous situation at another clinic and in 4 days they had me seen, surgery scheduled, and fixed! They are very professional and do amazing work. I would recommend this clinic to anyone!
Dr Wagner is a sweetheart. He demonstrates the most pleasant and patient bedside manner. He made me feel more positive about my unfortunate injury. The front desk ladies are kind.
