Very attentive and competent
They DO NOT bill as an urgent care. Be careful. Our insurance policy is $45 for an urgent care visit. When we arrive for our appointment, we pay the $45. Then we receive a bill for an additional $161 because they’ve billed it not as an urgent care visit but instead as a specialty nurse practitioner visit. They don’t inform you of this when you check in, just take your money and bill you for the rest later. Totally dishonest and deceptive.
Excellent service! I went there for a sinus issue last Dec and I was immediately seen by the provider. The staff are very courteous and friendly, especially Lilly! I hope I got her name right! Janice is knowledgeable, caring and patient! Today, I called them up to ask a question about my medication, Lily was very patient to take care of my concerns and resolved them immediately! Thank you so much!
Delia the NP was excellent. She combined medical excellence with patient care. I highly recommend Breeze.
