Their PA Jeanine was the absolute best! She was very kind and listened to what I had going on and went above and beyond to help me get what I needed to get my pain under control! She was very thorough but also very personable. She even found pharmacies that were open nearby (on Easter) so I could get my medication the same day! I 100% recommend Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care
I had a great experience at Breeze Urgent Care. As soon as I arrived, I was taken directly to a room where they collected my information—no time spent sitting in a waiting room. I was seen by the provider almost immediately, and every staff member I interacted with was kind and professional. I was given options for my care, which I appreciated. While the NP was amazing but the front desk girl is where my concern is. I have insurance and knew there was a copay but couldn't remember exactly how much. She first tried to charge me the $198 that non insurance people pay. I said "don't I have a copay of $60 or something." She says " oh yeah I can charge you $60 instead" 🤔 it should tell her exactly how much I should be paying. They technically owe me $30 because I called BCBS and the urgent care copay is $30. Always fast service and friendly staff. Been twice now and will continue to go back when sick.
We are so glad to have this urgent care in our neighborhood. Everyone at this facility is very friendly and caring. We’ve always had a great experience with everyone especially Dr Levi. Would definitely recommend this urgent to anyone needing quick care!
