Great experience. Virtually no wait. The providers listened and appropriately addressed issues.
Jeanine and team were phenomenal. So helpful so caring and concerned about Ho I was before I even went back to see the PA. Thank you all for great care and help. I will never go to any other Urgent Care facilities.
I was trying to ask questions and the lady at the front desk hung up the phone because she was frustrated due to me asking questions about my medication. I called back, she then proceeded to hang up the phone on me again. Felt a very deep lack of care or concern.
I was impressed by all of the staff. They were very friendly and professional. I was able to get right in and was on my way to the pharmacy for my meds relatively soon afterwards.
I have gone to them several times as a walk in and this time as an appointment. Either way I got seen very quickly and they are very nice and professional.
