Substandard pediatric care. We sought treatment for our child’s abdominal pain, expecting diagnostic checks such as screening for constipation, dehydration, or related infections like strep. None of these were performed. The provider gave evasive, generic answers and immediately redirected us to the emergency room without conducting a proper initial assessment. Completely unhelpful and a waste of time.

Staff was both polite and efficient! Machu, the CMA was pleasant and professional, and Wondwessen was also pleasant, patient and thorough with his examination. I felt welcome and well cared for from arrival to departure! Thank you, all!
