I came in with excruciating hip pain. I was not treated for my pain. I was never tested for covid because the provider said it was too soon to check. very un attentive. I went to the ER because of the pain. I was told I had a new strand of covid via testing. I was treated for pain management. The Urgent care could've been totally avoided and a complete waste of time since I was not tested nor did they try to figure out why a 22 year old was experiencing excruciating hip pain.
I highly recommend the Melissa location. They are always kind and they don’t waste time. It’s the best!!
It was great, from checking in to seeing the PA, to check out. Walked right in and was seen immediately. I will continue to go there for my urgent care needs in the future.
Jennifer & Chris and team were phenomenal. So helpful so caring and concerned about Ho I was before I even went back to see the PA. Thank you all for great care and help. I will never go to any other Urgent Care facilities.
