I was very disappointed with our recent visit to this urgent care. My husband was seen by a PA who was dismissive of my concerns and seemed unwilling to fully evaluate his symptoms. He noted diminished breath sounds on exam, yet dismissed the possibility of pneumonia and refused to order a chest X-ray. As a nurse practitioner myself, I know that diminished breath sounds can be a significant finding that warrants further investigation. This Urgent Care is always my first choice whenever my 4-year-old daughter needs immediate medical attention. All the staff members are warm, patient, and compassionate. I deeply appreciate their kindness and professionalism. My daughter also loves this place, after having ear pain from an infection last night, she woke up saying she wanted to come here to see the doctor.
I love going to Breeze. I know I will be greeted kindly, heard, and expertly taken care of. The wonderful humans that work here are truly special. I have come here for everything including ear infections, pink eye, UTI, yeast infections, and influenza. They took care of everything!
I have been to this location before and have always had good experiences until this Saturday. The concierge was great, but the Nurse Practitioner, Freh (Frehiwot Bezuayehu) , made me feel like I couldn't express my concerns and advocate for my health when I know my body the best. I have a history of back injuries, and threw my back out Friday morning.
