NP Jones was great & straight to the point. The front office & back office staff were great & very professional also. Working at an UCC myself, this was a great experience when I don’t want to drive to my location in FW.

My overall appointment went smoothly, but I had an uncomfortable experience with the nurse practitioner. During my visit, she assumed I was pregnant by saying, ‘Oh, you’re pregnant,’ instead of asking in a professional, neutral way. I am not pregnant, and that type of assumption was both unprofessional and insensitive. She later called to apologize, but the situation left a negative impression.
