Highly recommend, it was literally a breeze booking a appointment, checking in was a breeze, the staff were nice and listened to my concerns. No long wait time, I was treated and discharged in a timely manner.

I’ve used Texas Healthcare Breeze Urgent Care many times. I recently took my 18 year old for a stomach virus. He forgot his ID and they refused to see him with our insurance without it. The only way he could be seen without his ID is if we paid the self pay price. We drove over 45 minutes for his appointment. We had a picture of his ID but they stated that was not sufficient enough. I’m very disappointed that they would not let him be seen with insurance. We will not use this provide again.

Annoyed w/misleading information given prior to visit. I called before making appointment to check if this location had PCR/NAAT testing machine WITHIN THIS BREEZE: female who answered phone went & checked/asked someone else and told me YES they did. Upon appointment, I was informed they only did the antigen test at this location. A NAAT test is much more accurate in testing for viruses and less likely to give a false negative like the simple antigen test.
