Currently waiting for my appt here at Breeze Urgent Care. I am with BCBS and have reached my max out of pocket 2 months ago. Tiffany insisted I still owed $45 even though I have not paid any doctor, pharmacy or appt for the last 2 months..I called BCBS and confirmed I do not owe anything for the appt. Breeze Is a trip on the phone they ms Kim said take Medicare supplement get they said 205.00 if you have that kind of money you wouldn’t need Medicare or no supplement that’s why they office is so empty…. Sorry service
Although I could not provide all my medical info, the receptionist and staff worked out a plan so that I could receive treatment until we could produce it during my stay. They were patient, calm, and helpful. The PA was professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. I made an appt online and we had virtually no wait time. So glad this clinic is close to our home.
