Outside of being under the weather, it was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. “Great job”
Everyone was so nice and helpful at this location. Even though they were working on a National holiday, it was evident they were happy to take care of their patients.
I usually have a wonderful experience here. However, last visit I was over charged by almost $200. My insurance processed the claim but Breeze/Texas Health will not process my refund because they said they are having issues with receiving payments on other accounts. That has nothing to do with my account, yet they are holding my refund. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning due to these unethical billing practices.
Very easy process and experience, quick in and out for my mothers UTI concerns. Very Satisfied
10/10 love the new in- room check-in. Thank you for getting me in quick, for knowing exactly what I had, for giving options (steroid over pills and *room temperature* water? Yes PLEASE AND THANK YOU. ) Amazing, I felt seen and listened to and so so grateful.
