Brought my son because his over the counter medicine is not working and they didn't even bother to recommend or prescribe another medicine. Just wasted my time here.
This was my first time visiting this urgent care, and was very impressed. The check-in process was smooth, the staff were welcoming, and I felt I was well taken care of from start to finish. Thank you Ms. Raquel and NP-Sarah my care team today. A truly pleasant experience- would definitely recommend.
