Spent an hour waiting while they took everyone after us ahead of us. The gentleman at the desk was very nice and trying to keep things moving but I do not think it was organized at all. We left after waiting an hour and I can only imagine how long we would have waited if we stayed for the visit.
Went in today for a slight laceration. Staff was very friendly, efficient, and helpful. Less than 30 minutes start to finish to fix my cut. Highly recommend.
Everyone was professional, courteous and kind. I was a walk in but still was in and out in about 30 minutes. The NP listened to me, asked great questions, and I didn't feel rushed at all. A great experience overall, highly recommend.
