The entire staff was very professional. The NP was knowledgeable and helpful. Provided a path to recovery!
The staff was courteous and professional. My issues were addressed with respect and care. The diagnosis and treatment were provided in terms that were understandable and easy to follow. I had a very good experience with them. I highly recommend this facility! Thanks for the care y’all!

They make you wait a long time before you get called, even after you had an appointment scheduled. The receptionist is not friendly, she makes it obvious not wanting to be working on a Sunday. The medical assistant barely touched the top of my nose for a Covid swab. She needs more training on how to properly swab for a Covid test. I get my test result email to me and I still wait 15 minutes after I received my results without anyone giving me any updates. I was almost into an hour of being there without seeing provider. Tell you what, half the battle with utilizing these insta-care centers, a.k.a. doc-in-a-box places, well now, the battle is knowing when visiting this kind of place is appropriate. What's the problem? It's that the burden is on you, the patient-consumer, to know where you're supposed to go, depending on what your issues may be. Hence, the mix of reviews.
