I went to Lewisville Castle Hills location for a backyard accident requiring stitches. The whole team were caring and professional. Nurse Practioner was excellent in bedside manner and was very efficient in taking care of a nasty cut. I will go again if another need arises.
The nurse was not friendly at all and didn’t not think I needed to be tested for Covid or the flu. I insisted that I be tested and was in fact Flu positive. Once the results came in she stated she was surprised. The NP was very nice and professional.
I went to this emergency room due to some health complications I was having on Sunday 8/24/35 around 8:30 am. The person in the front who was checking in the patients was very insensitive, cold and not helpful at all… I explained the reason of my visit with several details. She didn’t acknowledged all my symptoms and proceed to tell me there is not much they can do. She just told me what they could do; which was not related at all with what I was feeling… Since I am not a doctor I didn’t argue and left, but I don’t feel I go... read more
