I was misdiagnosed and overtreated for my stage by Dr. Iyengar. When I confronted her about it she stated" We gave you the treatment because you were young and could handle it!" "Move on with your life, trying to sue doctors in Texas is hard to do!" I now suffer from many chronic illnesses from the unnecessary treatment provided. Dr. Iyengar, you destroyed my life, career, and health. I simply cannot move on. Don't sign consents per my letter from the medical board. I guess she knew the trick!
Dr. Iyengar is amazing! I had stage 1 Breast Cancer and Dr. Iyengar performed my lumpectomy. She left a small scar under my armpit and she was very caring and listened to my concerns. She is the BEST!
Dr. Iyengar is very knowledgeable. She is understanding of my needs & is always eager to answer any questions I have. Her patients are priority, she goes above and beyond to advocate for us and works closely with other physicians to compliment her service(Oncology/Plastic Surg etc). She offers professional service and is extremely compassionate. The staff is caring & the office is welcoming! Cannot say enough great things about her! Very fortunate to have her on my side for this battle!
Dr Radha Iyengar was my breast surgeon. She walked with me through my fight with breast cancer, providing guidance, options, facts, a listening ear, and......hugs. She is smart, caring and competent. I highly recommend Dr Iyengar.
I found her ethics practices to be poor and quite frankly, she's a liar! I was diagnosed with early stage 1 breast cancer, Dr. Iyengar told me two days after my double mastectomy that I had cancer in my lymph nodes. My treatment plan entailed 14 rounds of chemo, 30 sessions radiation with chest expanders in during this time. I later pulled my medical records and found out I had no lymph node invasion micro/macro. She ruined my life and health. Check your records and treatment plan. Run People!

I went in for lumps I found back in 2016- biopsy showed I needed to have them removed. Luckily they were not cancerous. I am a HUGE hypochondriac and Dr. Iyengar consistently listened to my concerns- no matter how far fetched they were. An ultrasound was always done during my appointment, to assure me of no more lumps or other issues. Definitely would recommend Dr. Iyendar to everyone.

I previously had breast cancer in 2008 and had both breasts removed at that time. I went to Dr. Iyengar complaining about a bruise under my armpit. She listened intently, did an ultrasound while I was there in the office and was concerned. It ended up being a recurrence of the previous breast cancer. Dr. Iyengar is amazing. I cannot say enough positive things about her. She recently performed axillary node dissection surgery on me. I am one week out from the surgery and going shopping. Yes!
