Love Dr. Lee. Front desk staff seems to always be in a hurry or otherwise having a bad day, whether in person or on the phone. Poor reflection on the doctors and care team.
Don't ask any questions as to why they won't try to bill your insurance, or try to bill the VA for a 100% P&T veteran, cause they will and are EXTREMELY rude. It is sad to be treated as a payment and not a person. *edit* get to the back only to find out that one of the two doctors who perform this procedure are out and that I will be delayed indefinitely. You know, if you are 5 minutes late, they wanna reschedule and charge a fee for "no call, no show" but if they waste your time, it is okay, deal with it, and business as us... read more
My girlfriend has been coming here for PT on her right knee and has made huge improvements! If you have a 10 am appointment, they'll call you back at 10 am. There has never once been a wait. The staff is awesome, especially Gregg. He's hilarious!
