Normally if I rate anything it’s going to be bad unless you really put in work….. I was going to give a one yesterday but…… I’ve grown a litte ( and I do mean a little)…:). Today turned it around. First the woman at the entrance was helpful in guiding me, second the front desk check in was helpful with the questions I was concerned with, thirdly i got an award winning case manager ( she was amazing and funny, at least four or five awards on her wall from 2025, I see why) . Love the way customer service worked with me. Answer my questions in a friendly manner.
This office is horrible. Wait for hours to be given the run around. Case workers don't give a FLIP about the people in need. I sat for 3 hours watching the staff cut up and chit chat with a waiting room of people. Do better.
