They did not finish my case. Went to the office the lady wss rude. Called the ombudsman and they did my case and took my complaint. They say they dont do interviews or see people after 3 if this happens call the ombudsman about the case.

What is going on with these lazy workers who are letting these cases go two months before they respond even when you have turned in your paperwork a other information concerning your case they call you the day before you snap benefits doing interviews a the person was Hispanic I'm not understanding what is goingon but this need to be addressed now this person has no benefits they did their part but they Texas Department Of Human Services didn't.
