I've had the worst time dealing with employee at the office at 3939 Hampton Rd in Dallas Texas regarding my updated info. I've tried reaching them for over 4 months. I'm a senior citizen and I'm even having medical issues. Just had. Abdominal surgery. Was diagnosed with an ulcer please help
Everyone was very nice to me since I walked in. The office very clean and bathrooms. Peggie is a very nice lady, informative and understanding. If you have your right documents and fill your application correctly everything will go smoothly to follow the process. This office really have helpful personnel.
I was rudely bombarded with questions by a short older male security while getting my papers ready. He didn’t even bother to ask politely if I needed help. He just kept saying “what are you doing?” “what do you need?” “why are you here?” Worst experience ever.
