My son has been living in a group home managed by Texas HCS for over a decade and we couldn't be more pleased. Not even one star. They don't care about the clients because if the company here in Beaumont did the clients would have what they need like brakes fixed on wheelchair. Brakes been broke broke for months now. Black mold coming out of a/c vents, and in kitchen drawer. Talking about neglect. Management do suck at Beaumont office. Management tries to cover for themselves. Yes you have to get corporate involved. I wouldn't refer my worse enemy to this job.
Company is average as far as HCS services go.
