200 dollars spent on a color I TOLD HER NOT TO DO. SHE JUST PICKED THE COLOR. I repeated several times she should do a darker color.

My son needed a trim on his hair. The girl chopped off the back and then had to stop and ask for help on how to cut the top. The back was totally uneven. The girl tried to tell me that is the way my son wanted it. She had never even shown him the back!!!! Terrible, terrible, terrible! Do NOT waste your time and money!
Still waiting for a very bad haircut to grow out. Too much money for terrible hairstyle and chinchy highlights. Tipped the hair dresser because I felt sorry for her.
I've been going there because the other place that I was going to before was worse but this location has gone to the dump in the last few years. They must send their people in training to train on customers. They make you sit and wait while they discuss what they're going to do with their hair and when they color your hair, they have no idea what they're doing. Walking in, I was greeted very nicely and helped right away. The staff was attentive and I did not have to wait at all. The building was very clean and well organized. I was taken back and the woman started working on my hair right away. I was appreciative of how well she listened to me and knew just what I was trying to accomplish. I left feeling great as it was a pleasant visit. When I got home I noticed that she had cut my hair crooked and I have a pixie cut (It was VERY noticeable).
