I recently had hail damage. I did my research, and stumbled upon this shop. The owners are very nice and honest. The experience was good and the job satisfaction was amazingly. I will consider them for all future body work on vehicles, and recommend them to anyone.
Made an appointment 3-4 weeks in advance. Dropped car off, told would be ready the following Saturday. I show up Saturday to find my vehicle sitting in the same place I left it, untouched. No phone call, text, or email telling me it wasn't going to be ready. This is my daily driver and I was without a car for several days. Disrespectful to my time. Poor business management.
We used these guys (Juan and Priscilla) to fix our SUV after the recent huge hail storm in Round Rock. They were awesome. They were good about communicating and accommodating us on every level. They were responsive to every communication and stayed late for drop off and pick-up to allow for our work schedules.
