Went directly to listing agent with offer. Agent contacted owner (Pastor) and submitted offer, offer was countered and accepted. The following day listing agent told My realtor they had a better offer and where going with the new offer, (NO INFO WAS GIVEN) so we decide to not bid against ourselves and stick with our (accepted) offer. Listing agent did not give us the opportunity to counter respectively as to not cause a potential false bidding WAR!
