Today I attended my appointment on early Sunday morning. I scheduled a week out in advanced. I arrived a bit earlier than my appointment time frame. So I had to wait a few minutes outside until they let me in. The San Antonio parking garage was available today for me to park. My daughter had to renew her passport for travel for Christmas. This place took great care of her on a Sunday - helped her with everything she needed: passport photo, payment(since she did not have a checkbook). They also saved her $60! She had chosen expedited processing, but they advised her the recent turnaround time and they were right! The passport came within the time frame they said. So convenient and knowledgeable.
