I was very pleased with my visit with Dr. Reddy. From the beginning, the reception staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. The rest of the staff were wonderful and truly paid attention to my concerns. Dr. Reddy was thorough and explained the issues and treatment plan.
He was great! He was knowledgeable and shared his knowledge in a way I could understand it. Him and his staff were amazing. I truly appreciated their help through the diagnosis and working towards recovery.
I really liked coming here, but the billing department was horrible. I never received a refund for an overpayment, had to go through the office staff to try to get it resolved, and never did.
Dr Delpak is a very important person member of my career team and provides excellent service.
