The store had many flooring options to choose from. My Sales/DesignConsultant, Tammy was amazing. She was there from start to finish and any issues I had, she handled right away. Melvin was fantastic on the finishing touches and went the extra mile! I love my new floors!
We were highly satisfied from start to finish! My salesman, Wayne, was always just a text or phone call away throughout the process and got things moving quickly for us. He was also very flexible with last minute changes I wanted to make. Additionally, I was very impressed that he even showed up at my home the morning the floor demo began and kept me in the loop the whole process, (which was very quick!).
