The staff were very helpful in selecting from all the options for our upstair floors. The installers were excellent and did a great job.
Texas Floors was a company we considered for our flooring needs. Visiting the store and some of the interactions with the staff was awkward. We left wondering if they thought we could afford new flooring. We scheduled for measurements but we had to follow up for an update. Responses to requests were timely but it was weird that we had to initiate the follow up. Texas Floors took great care of us! We had them remove a large amount of tile from our home and replace it with wood flooring. They pulled tile from main living area, dining room, hallway, utility room and guest bath, and carpet from the study. From start to finish they made the whole process easy. Jason was wonderful to deal with and gave us a fair estimate and helped us pick out the flooring we loved. Was treated with professionalism, honesty and helpfulness from first contact. Carpet install went great and I am more than pleased with the entire experience.
Texas floors did an amazing job removing my old flooring and replacing it with new LVP during my kitchen renovation. Wayne our sales rep was super helpful throughout the process. More importantly, Melvin and his crew did an amazing job with the installation. They were all very polite and made sure to take care of the little details. I could not be happier with the results!!
