We were highly satisfied from start to finish! My salesman, Wayne, was always just a text or phone call away throughout the process and got things moving quickly for us. He was also very flexible with last minute changes I wanted to make. Additionally, I was very impressed that he even showed up at my home the morning the floor demo began and kept me in the loop the whole process, (which was very quick!). We just had new carpet installed in our bedrooms. It is absolutely beautiful! We met with Tammy who was extremely helpful and a joy to work with. She was so helpful to me figuring out the color and design. We had a great experience with Texas Floos and will use them again.
They went out of their way to help us find flooring to match what the builder put in. Once they found it Tammy can’t by that day to measure the area and had our estimate the same day!!! I would recommend Tammy and Texas Floors.
