When we first started going to your restaurant (Aug 2015) everything was good and the drink specials were awesome. Fast forward to my last time there: I received a used/dirty knife wrapped with my silverware. The strawberries on my margaritas (3 to be exact) were all spoiled, and the food was cold/flavorless. It sucks since y'all were the first steak place we tried in Corpus. We haven't been back since and have no urge to. I'll stick to buying huge steaks at the meat market and making it myself.

The food has always been great tonight was a different story. 3 of us for dinner all ordered the same steak and shrimp , only difference was our steak temperatures. One was suppose to be well, one medium, and one medium rare. They all came out rare. I can handle a steak the others not. The steak was so tough and stringy. I asked for real butter instead of the buttery spread as I do every time I go there to eat. You would have thought I asked for a million dollars the waiter told me no then the manager told me no. Tx. Flame is our favorite place. We visit like twice a month. Maria is an awesome hostess. & the steaks are always superb. Plus the margaritas.
The food was delicious,everything was fresh and the service was quick and efficient
We had never had a bad experience here until this evening. The waitress was excellent, however the T-bone did not have its signature "T" & very uncharacteristically, was tough and had gristle! We recommend that you ask to see the cut before they cook it.
Celebrated a graduation there tonight. Service was outstanding. Cassandra was our waitress and she did a wonderful job. A great meal and good time was had by all.
This place is the best. Food is great. Service is impeccable. I think this place hires only the best waiters and waitresses as they are precise in what they do when they wait on you. Good for large parties if you want everything perfect. This is the place to go.
We came in from San Antonio and stopped to have lunch at Texas Flame Steakhouse. Never been there before but it was the best decision we made. Food was excellent the steaks were cooked to perfection and the service was outstanding. This will definitely be our go to place next time we visit Corpus Christi.
