Over and hour and 15 minutes to turn off an alarm!! Not because it's difficult but because the technician "isn't answering". 250 people in the building being affected. When you call they only have an after hours answering service and all they could do is keep paging the technician. There are other good fire monitoring services in Texas and Dallas. Recommend you go there.
I don’t usually make reviews but, I had to make an exception this time. Why? Because for the years that I have encountered staff from this business; the staff are passive aggressive with their behavior and their chosen words. Also, to the man who knocks on our door as if he is a caveman—Yes sir! We heard your uneducated, snide and racial remarks as you walked out the door. We’ve heard them for years and we are tired of it.
Great service and staff! I recommend them. Showed up quickly and the technicians were very kind and helpful. Will use them again
Terrible service, do yourself a big favor and take your business elsewhere
