Horrible customer service. Unprofessional Manager and staff(Clark) gave false advertisement/ information. Gave a deal then changed it. Delivery takes life!!! Promised it would be delivered in a week! A LIE! They can’t sell bedroom furniture unless you buy “the whole set”. Very unethical/ unprofessional!! They don’t care about customer’s satisfaction !!!! Don’t recommend buying from this place at all!
i had placed a livingroom and a mirror on layaway. when i went back to give a payment they had sold my merchandise.i had given a 500.00 deposit with a check and when i went back an unprofessiona sales l man lied saying that they deposited the chsck and there were no funds...AN ABSOLUTELY LIEEEEE.....THAT IS A BUISNESS ACCOUNT...THEN HE CHANGED HIS STORY AND SAID THAT NO ITS CUZ YOU DIDNT FILL OUT THE CHECK...SO WHAT IS IT!!!!...BE CATEFUL WHEN YOU SHOP IN THIS STORE......A SO CALLED JORGE IS THE ONE WHO HANDLED IT...AND WHEN... read more

Great customer service! Eliud and Efrain did an amazing job helping my mother find what she wanted. Luis Sweetened the deal for her with Jalapeno Festival tickets, while Mike made hotdogs. everyone there make it such an amazing experience from arrival to making sure the price was what she wanted. Great family fun environment. Thank you everyone for making this experience a great one for us!

bought a full bed set with the mattress almost 2 years .. they said the matress had 10 year warranty and I ask for a change for the matress since it's not in a good shape no more.. so now they they they cant do anything about it because I dont have a slip they have us almost 2 years ago very upsetting
I totally recommend their furniture great quality also they have great customer service when they deliver it to you !! will continue to buy
