Majid is the best mortgage broker, he has services all my mortgages for last 10 years and has got me best interest rates. I would highly recommend him for all the mortgage needs.
I'd give zero stars if I could. They don't communicate with the title company, their voicemail is full so you can't leave them a message. My seller has been waiting for them to get loan docs to title since July 3rd, it is now July 17th. Every day they say they will have it today or tomorrow. I've never dealt with such an unprofessional company.
Majid is very straight forward and dedicated to help you have the best experience. Majid helped us close in less than 30 days. He was very thorough and got the best rate (we shopped around 5-6 lenders but no one could match)! I highly recommend his services.
