Completely unethical and financially predatory. This clinic made a major billing error, misled me about insurance coverage, and then tried to hold me financially responsible for their mistake — with zero accountability or empathy. Their staff is disorganized, their communication is sloppy, and once they’ve got your money, they disappear behind billing departments that refuse to own up to anything. If you’re going through something as vulnerable and personal as fertility treatment, this is not the place you want to trust. The... read more

We had a good experience with the staff, but they sent out some of our testing to an out-of-network lab. This means we were surprised 10 months later with a nearly $700 bill that we now have to pay which would have been completely covered if they sent it to the right lab. Hilariously, we got the surprise bill in the mail the day we were scheduled to be induced (we got pregnant on our own in the end) so, we aren’t thrilled. Would not recommend going to this center.

Dr. Petrini is amazing - 5 stars! Nurses were fab. If I could give 4.5 I would. 4 starts only bc it was frustrating and doesn't seem reasonable that a clinic fueled by costly self-pay procedures is still on paper records, which made prescriptions, records sharing, after care notes a hassle. Overall would highly recommend bc they aced the main objective. Thank you, Dr. Petrini!

After researching a few fertility centers we landed on TFC. We were patients of Dr. Amy Schutt and I cannot recommend her highly enough. My husband and I found her to be very action-oriented when it came to our fertility plan and care, and she was always willing to adjust the plan when we didn't see optimal results. She was also very quick to put my health ahead of any plans or timelines we had which was so appreciated. She was very clear on communicating how to best take care of myself throughout this process through not on... read more

Gross incompetence, especially by billing department. I went to Dr. Petrini. I went through 1 stim cycle and 2 embryo transfers, none of which took. I learned later, after switching to another doctor, it was because the egg quality was so poor, which was never communicated with me. (In addition, I was lucky to keep all my records, as they refused to transfer complete records to my other doctor) Even though I was covered by insurance, I ended up paying for $14,000 in bills out of pocket, which I had to fight to get itemized a... read more
