This clinic was an amazing experience. Going through fertility treatment is not an easy journey but Texas fertility made it easy to understand and helped us take the right steps towards greater success. We felt supported throughout the entire experience and the doctors were a 10/10! We welcomed our newborn baby in August and couldn’t be happier.
Completely unethical and financially predatory. This clinic made a major billing error, misled me about insurance coverage, and then tried to hold me financially responsible for their mistake — with zero accountability or empathy. Their staff is disorganized, their communication is sloppy, and once they’ve got your money, they disappear behind billing departments that refuse to own up to anything. We had a good experience with the staff, but they sent out some of our testing to an out-of-network lab. This means we were surprised 10 months later with a nearly $700 bill that we now have to pay which would have been completely covered if they sent it to the right lab. Hilariously, we got the surprise bill in the mail the day we were scheduled to be induced (we got pregnant on our own in the end) so, we aren’t thrilled. Would not recommend going to this center.
