I was sold on TFB as they would provide superior quality and service. After being let down as a paying customer right at a month I received a notice of cancellation, I’m an auto draft customer, the amount on the bill was about a third the normal amount. I called the office and was told by multiple agents and office personnel I no longer had insurance thru TFB but no one could tell me when it was canceled or why.
