I called last week to get a quote for auto and home insurance. I spent about 15 to 20 minutes on the phone giving information to the receptionist. She said that she would have AJ call me later that day to get the rest of the information needed for the quote. I didn’t hear from him so I called the next day and she said she would for sure have him call me. That was 4 days ago and still never got a phone call from them. I’m definitely not interested in Texas Farm Bureau after that experience.

Literal waste of time. Have you complete quote information online, call you days later to finally purchase & review only to be told to go inside to do the same damn thing you did over the phone….. detailing that on your website would save both of us time.

I have found very few insurance companies I am impressed with, but I was well treated at this Farm Bureau agency.

They removed my last review so I will keep putting them up weekly. Stay away from this company. They never call back. Called several times and left messages only for them to question if I even called. Was told the adjusters phone wasn’t working (for like 3-5 days) which at best is laughable. The agent I first was dealing with, Zach, is kind of sarcastically rude. I asked to not deal with him anymore and was given his supervisors number.
