Horrible to do business with!
If I could give 0 stars I would. They were no help in my wreck. The lady kept saying she could only use the policy number, and claim number. (Incompetent, rude, and sounded like she was being bothered) Then my husbands calls and wow did the table turn. The lady he got was nice and very helpful. Ridiculous some people do not need to be in customer service/receptionist/agents. All I needed was the status on my claim! (The wreck was not my fault and a customer of yours) Not a big run around. The lady I spoke to on the phone today was incompetent and rude. She had terrible communication skills. I believe she wasn't an agent. She had an annoyed tone with me because I wanted to find a new agent at the office to help our family since ours retired. She gave the impression that my request for an agent replacement was ridiculous of me, and she didn't seem to care to help me at all and had a get over it mentality towards me.
