Won’t help with claims and horrible communication
I called to get some clarity on 2, zero paid, claims and received nothing but hostility and rudeness.
I put in for a auto and homeowners insurance quote January 3rd. On January 4th I was contacted by someone, I believe Denise, to get more information. I was told my agent would be out Friday to look at the house. Nobody ever came by or contacted me. Here it is January 17th and nobody has still contacted me about my quote.
