Prompt service to their customers
I wouldn't give them a star but it's the only way to leave a review. Dawn st the Fall Creek office needs an attitude adjustment. For one thing no one there seems to know what anyone is doing. They billed us for something that's not ours and now Dawn claims she doesn't owe us a damn thing and to call Farm Bureau in Waco. Well girlfriend, that's what we're going to do. We moved our insurance and in our opinion, she needs to find work elsewhere. Dealing with people is not her specialty.
Texas Farm Bureau as a company is great. But the real benefit is having an agent who elevates the customer service experience to exceptional levels. Todd is my agent. My family and I are very happy with him. It's always a pleasure to talk with him, and he definitely does his best to help me out with whatever concerns I have. I definitely recommend him.
