TXFB customer for 20yrs. We have had 6 agents in 3 towns: One couldn't answer questions about insuring anything over a Class 3 truck (duh, farm is in your biz name, called Waco TXFB HQ and they said our agent lacked info. and could have insured Class 4+ trucks); One never returned our calls or emails; One seems to make stuff up; And the others have not been of the caliber of my other 250+ vendors. I cancelled my policy with them cancelled my suto draft a few days prior to my policy payment coming out. The amount was still withdrawn From my account. And not wanting to refund me all my money they owe me. They also charging me a 5.00 fee for removing automatic payments although the payment still came out. And another fee for mailing me documents that I didn’t request. Not to mention they are rude and like to talk over you.
Insurance is a scam created by the government and forced on you to pay for it And this place is leading the pack.
