If I could give zero stars I would. Worst company I have EVER dealt with. From the office staff being rude any time you call them, agents not doing their job, to now getting screwed over on my policy because they didn’t write it correctly. They are not trustworthy nor do they stand by what they say.

I have never spoke with a insurance company where everybody is rude EVERYBODY….. I haven’t even been with TFB a month yet and i cant wait to cancel. Everyone either has a bad attitude, talks to you like your stupid, gets mad if you ask to many questions or need information . Called for a quote and spoke to a lady who seemed confused that I was needing a homeowners quote. Instead of obliging my request, she awkwardly asks if I am a member and how I found the location. The TFB requires a phone call for a quote according to their website. After a long pause the lady seemed confused as to why I wanted a homeowners quote that she would get my information to give to an agent.
