Austin has been incredible to me and my wife as we recently moved to Tyler from out of state. He has gone above and beyond in every aspect to get us the coverage we need for home, auto and life insurance at better prices than I was quoted from other major companies. Give him a call and you'll definitely get the help you need by someone who genuinely cares!
Bill Hahn the rep for this company has been refusing to pay the final hold back money on my brothers claim for damages to their house. He has filed a formal complaint against him and this insurance company for failing to honor the policy that he has been paying for. I will never use this insurance company and I will not recommend it to anyone and instead I plan to let everyone know what they are doing… or should I say they are NOT doing
After having numerous policies with Texas Farm Bureau I called on a property I own to find out they cancelled the policy due to the lender being late with the payment. I also found out that my former agent, Robert, is no longer with the company. They said they mailed this to my rental property, in which I never saw. Melinda Staples don’t return calls. It’s been a month since she was in our house talking pics so that we could get a quote on homeowner & also auto insurance combined but it’s taking too long. This is ridiculous!!!!
I've been with this insurance company for years and never filed a claim yet my insurance goes up every single year. It finally came time to file a claim as my mother was hit by a driver who did a hit and run. The insurance company would not cover a rental car for the entire time the car was in the body shop this is a car we use for work and have to have. Texas Farm Bureau has greatly led us down and we will no longer do business with them
