Could barely get a response out of them. There was an out of office message at first so not including that. I included my declarations page and asked for an auto insurance quote. Matthew Bertling responded asking for a list of information (much of which was already included on the dec page). Okno problem. I responded to other all requested information. Shop around before using Texas Farm Bureau. Had them for over 6 years. Recently switched to another company and am paying $150 LESS per month for the exact same coverage. Not to mention, they have an annual membership fee that cannot be put on auto pay. If you forget to call in and pay, they cancel your insurance without much notice. There are cheaper options out there that can be fully on autopay so you have one less thing to think about!
