terrible. paid that dumb membership fee and had to dispute it after they lied about the quote and sent it to be reviewed by their team and NEVER got back to me. both ladies on the phone need to find another job.

Absolutely not. Zeroing integrity. They don’t care about you, and they lie about the “membership fee” Take your business elsewhere. “It doesn’t matter what we said.” As they took over $250 and will not refund the full amount.

My father was a customer of Texas Farm Bureau for many decades. He got me to sign up with T.F.B.Ins. I have been a member for many decades, since the early 90s. They have helped me with my cars and home. They have always helped me in my time of need. I trust them very much. My agent is the best. Kirill is the man to see. The staff there is fantastic. Two ladies there have gone above and beyond the standard to meet my needs. Merriam and Joy will treat you like their family. They really care.
