We switched from Geico to Farm Bureau a year ago to get a lower rate. This year, both our home and auto policies prices increased substantially - with no good cause. When we initially signed up, Casey insisted on meeting in person with me to get us set up, and gave me his number to "reach out anytime" via phone call or text. I reached out to him personally multiple times to inquire about making a claim for our roof, and he never responded or reached back out to me. I'm very happy with the service I received from Josh. I had a somewhat urgent situation and Josh's response was quick and thorough. Due to circumstances beyond either of our control, I wasn't able to move forward with Josh, but I'll definitely contact Josh, in the future, once the circumstances change.
Reached out for a quote on 2 separate occasions, first time I waited a week and didn’t hear anything so I did it again, finally got a call back a few days later but was in a work meeting. I called back a few hours later and left a voicemail. Never heard back, then called the receptionist the next day and said I was returning a call, she said she would let him know, still never got a call back.
