I’ve been waiting over a week to get a call back for an insurance quote and been playing phone tag with these people all day today, yet nobody has returned my call and I’ve been waiting since 2pm. I call back at 4 and I am told no one is available today and that everyone has home for the day. SERIOUSLY People!!!!!!

Ms. Angie is the best customer service for this company. She answered all of my question and went above and beyond to help me understand all of our policies and even to help me saving money. I am so thankful to her and to Texas Farm Bureau for my Auto and homeowners insurance. Thank you guys for everything
